Hi, I’m Viki – Educator, Coach, and Your Career Guide in ECEC
My Story
I know exactly what it’s like to start over in a new country, navigate a complex education system, and build a meaningful career from the ground up—because I’ve done it myself.

I came to Australia as an international student in 2010 and completed Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2013. Over the past decade, I’ve walked multiple professional paths in this sector. From working in childcare centres, kindergartens, playgroups, and inclusion support, to specialising in behaviour support and disability through my master’s in special education and early intervention—I’ve experienced the full spectrum of what this field has to offer.

Today, I lecture at universities and run my own consulting business, advising on early childhood education course development for institutions, supporting educators in improving their behaviour management strategies, and helping families navigate challenging behaviours at home—all things I never imagined when I first began this career path.

What this means for you is simple:
I’ve been where you are. I understand the challenges international students face—course confusion, visa limitations, job uncertainty—and I also know the doors that can open with the right support, strategy, and insight. Whether you’re still deciding what course to study, looking for help navigating placement or part-time work, or planning your career beyond graduation—I'm here to help you see what’s possible and how to get there.
